exporting outlook contacts
 

i use windows XP. when i export outlook's contacts to another file
( say a csv document ) are they removed from outlook or are they
copied to the other file. i am nervous about losing my contacts and
simply want to copy them elsewhere.

Then don't bother with any exporting. With outlook closed, just save a copy
of your pst file....
