Default How do I clear the cache of email addresses I've sent to previousl

As I start to type an address in the sendto box of a new email, I am
presented with an intelesense-like list of matching names and email addresses
that I have sent to previously, however some of them are no longer valid
addresses. How can I remove individual email addresses from the list that's
offered? I've removed the old address from my address book(s) but it still
shows up as a choice in the sendto box. Is there a way i can completely purge
the list of choices that are offered? Also, why don't some addresses from my
contacts show up as choices?

BTW, answer has been posted here countless times.
Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field.
To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions he
