In one of my computers I automaticly get a + for the country code, but in the
other it is a (). How do I change to the +

Not quite sure what you are asking. What I can tell you is that Outlook will
mask phone numbers correctly when you have set your dialing location
correctly. The only option you can set is whether to add the country code to
local numbers. You set that in Outlook's dialing options.
