Two Folders - Contact Folders and Address Book.
In outlook 2003 I have under my contacts two "cards", think they are classed
as folders. Now I would like to add these to the old address book (or a new one) that allows me to click while writing an e-mail and it will resolve the name of the contact. Setting up some form of address book. I will also need to store this under my documents not the normal location as this is backed up. Finally, on discussions, is there a way of listing and viewing all my discussions? In one page, all the ones I have raised before? -- Thanks for your help! |

Two Folders - Contact Folders and Address Book.
You can probably tell what you mean in your post, but it is difficult for
anyone else to. Could you phrase a bit more clearly? If you need to know how to configure your Outlook Address Book, read this: http://support.microsoft.com/default...Product=ol2002 If you want to store your Outlook Data File somewhere else, you can move it wherever you want. The file you need to move is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored. Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer: http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm http://www.howto-outlook.com/Howto/backupandrestore.htm http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...771141033.aspx -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Darren H" wrote in message ...
