Two Folders - Contact Folders and Address Book.

Default Two Folders - Contact Folders and Address Book.

In outlook 2003 I have under my contacts two "cards", think they are classed
as folders.

Now I would like to add these to the old address book (or a new one) that
allows me to click while writing an e-mail and it will resolve the name of
the contact.

Setting up some form of address book.

I will also need to store this under my documents not the normal location as
this is backed up.

Finally, on discussions, is there a way of listing and viewing all my
discussions? In one page, all the ones I have raised before?

Default Two Folders - Contact Folders and Address Book.

You can probably tell what you mean in your post, but it is difficult for
anyone else to. Could you phrase a bit more clearly?
If you need to know how to configure your Outlook Address Book, read this:

If you want to store your Outlook Data File somewhere else, you can move it
wherever you want. The file you need to move is your Personal Folders file
(*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
