One of our users claims that the "file as" property changes in his contacts
folder randomly. For example he has most of his contacts with "file as" set to "Firstname Lastname", but when he looks at his contacts at a later date the "file as" property has changed to "Lastname, Firstname". Is this a known problem in Outlook or a problem with the user? |

Not a known with Outlook. Users are frequently confused when using various
views of their Contacts as to what field they are actually seeing. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Kentucky" wrote in message ...
