Can I mark all current Contacts and Calendar items Private?
 

I have a large list of Contacts and Calendar events on my home Outlook. I
want to export all of them to my work Outlook, but have them all marked as
Private before doing so.

Can I easily do this instead of one by one?

You should be able to add the Private field to the header line using Field
Chooser. Mark an item Private. Then right-click the Private column and
choose Group by This Field. You can then select all the items in the
non-private group and drag them to the Private group to mark them all. Do
this for both folders.
