Default Auto-fill not working

Is there a way to switch on and off the Auto-fill of contacts? For some
reason, my supervisor's Auto-fill isn't working. Mine is, but I can't figure
out what the difference is between how we have our Outlook programs set up.

Does anyone have a solution?

There is, but it won't help. You'll have to create a new profile to get
autocompletion working again. Then it will most likely break again some day.

Or, make sure the "show this folder as an address book" option is checked in
the properties of the contact folder.

That won't affect autocompletion, only autoresolution.
