Default constant prompts for logon to server

Hi,

I'm accessing my three separate Hotmail accounts through Outlook 2007. Each
is set up as a separate email account. Quite often, especially when sending
emails and toggling between accounts, a screen prompt pops up confirming that
I log onto the MSN/Hotmail server with that hotmail userid and password. Is
this behavior normal, and is there any way the prompt can be avoided or
surpressed?

Thanks, Vlad

What is your send/receive interval? Make it no less than 10 minutes when checking multiple accounts.

I have the same problem and it also involves the msn/hotmail server. I am
prompted for my password at Outlook startup and at time during the Outlook
session. I have had my autodownload set at 15 minutes for some time and it
still prompts. Seems like there are other inquiries on this problem on the
web, but no solutions.
