When entering a new contact, I type the first and last names into the Full
Name field and it posts them in the opposite fields. e.g. I enter John Smith in the Full Name field and when I click on the Full Name button to open the Check Full Name window, it displays First: Smith and Last: John. If I correct it, the display in the Full Name field changes to "Smith John". |

Seems you ought to examine the format you specified for the Full Name field
and tell us what it is. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Hildy" wrote in message ...
