Default reminders and tasks how to nuke and pave

yea this is a wierd one, everyone here at the office has the same problem, a
reminder or task comes up you click dismiss or ok, and the next time you open
outlook the same ones keep coming back, sometimes I get reminders that
obviously belong to other people or are like 2 months old, new reminders are
not working. Please help I need to figure out how to
nuke all reminders and tasks either from the exchange level or outlook
I am usung outlook 2003, and exchange 2003. winxp sp2
