Despite the fact that I have a contacts folder in my Address Book I do not
see 'Contacts' when I click 'To' when sending a new email in the 'Show Names from the' drop-down box. How can I add this group to the list? Many thanks |

Post your Outlook version.
Post what you mean by "I have a Contacts Folder in my Address Book." First you say you do. Then you say you don't. The To: button launches your Address Book, so it can't be both ways. Post how you configured your Outlook Address Book. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Zakynthos" wrote in message ... Russ, I followed the steps you lined us to. What if you are unable to "mark your contacts with address book"? that selection is grayed out on my outlook 2007. also, i'm not able to delete my Outlook Address Book when I got to Account Settings, nor am I able to add it again. I get an error message that says I cant' add the same address book twice. |

INstead, you must start with a new mail profile. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
