How can I create a fax coversheet from a contact in Outlook?
In Outlook contacts, the Tools menu gives you the option to create a new
letter to a contact. Is there a way that I can add the option to create a new fax coversheet to a contact? Which of course would include the fax number (as well as the name, company, and phone number of the individual being faxed). I would really like to be able to click a button and out comes a fax coversheet ready to go.

Outlook has no such feature. In theory you could create, save and reuse a
merge document for that purpose. Most of us have found that too much trouble since it doesn't work very well.
