I frequently receive e-mails addressed to a large number of people. I need
to copy all those e-mails to a newly created distribution list so I can coordinate projects with the different entities. How can I create distribution lists from a large number of e-mail addresses when the people are not currently in my address book? |

Russ,
Thanks for the attempt. I do not currently have these people in my address book. I just have a large number of e-mails. When I open the address list, I do not see these names to copy. Obviously. The link I provided applies precisely to your situation. If you
do not think it does, post why you are confused. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "SWFRPC Worker" wrote in message news ![]() Russ, Thanks for the attempt.
