I've created a shared contact folder within the Public directory and given
the proper permissions to users...Is there are way to create a shorcut to the that shared contact within the users' Outlook menu bar instead of within Favorites...? It just takes too long to browse down to that Public folder list...If not, since this is a small company, if I deleted this shared contact folder in the Public directory, and went w/ sharing the receptionist's contacts w/ others, is it possible to get this to appear in other users' address book, or maybe sychronized...? |
