When an incorrect item appears in the list, use the down arrow key to select
it , then press Delete.

describe has never been reported before. The answer I already gave you has

contain all the entries in your autocompletion cache because by

you have restricted it the moment you type a single letter.

Just in case, let me try to quickly restate the problem. Outlook
Help
does
offer a solution, which is typing a the first letter of the
mailing
address,
seeing the auto complete list for that letter, using the up & down
arrows
to
choose the one(s) you want to delete & pressing "delete" in order
to do
so.
I know of no other way to open the list than to do it this way,
one by
one,
letter by letter.
