"File As" vs. "Full Name" inconsistencies.
Outlook 2003 with Exchange, SBS 2003 and Office 2000.
When I link a contact sometimes Outlook uses the "File As" name (desired) and sometimes it uses the "Full Name" (NOT desired.) How can I make Outlook use the "File As" name always? If a client is showing the full name and not the file as name, how can I change it to the file as name? |

Clarify your post.
1. Outlook 2003 with Office 2000? I sure hope not. 2. Outlook "uses" the "File As" and "Full Name" fields where and how? We have no idea to which view you might be referring. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "rju166" wrote in message ... Outlook 2003 with Exchange, SBS 2003 and Office 2000.
