Adding birthdays from imported contacts [2003]
[Outlook 2003]
Hi, At my work we have a public folder containing all employees (contacts) and they have their birthday entered. When I add the public folder to "Other contact" I don't automatically get their birthdays in my calender - I have to change something in the contact and then save. There must be an easier way than to get the birthdays in my calender than to go through every single contact.? I have tried copying the contacts from Other contacts to My contacts with no luck. /Hansen |

Nothing I've ever seen posted has indicated there is any other way except, perhaps, for some third-party tool, and I don't recall seeing any mentioned that will perform the action. -- Brian Tillman |
