Default Contacts does not appear in Address Book

I would like to get one of our user's Contacts to appear in his Address Book.
I viewed the properties on the Contacts and noticed that "Show this folder
as an e-mail address book" is unchecked. Checking it should fixed the
problem, however, that option is grayed out. How do I fixed? Thanks!

Add the Outlook Address Book Service to the profile.
I'm sure you know how.
We can't tell you because you posted no version information.
