At present incoming emails are being arranged in each folder named after
activity/subject e.g . Insurance or Merchants' names or Type of Revenue
earning activity etc.
The system of flagging doesnt suffice for reminding one about importance
/follow up action and tracing the related files doesnt help either.
For increased efficiency, a feature to post comments on incoming emails is
required along with the flagging options.
These emails with comments & colour of flag can then be tracked through
journal from the specific contact alongwith the excel and word and power
presentation files saved seperately in the drives
