Address list not displayed, associated Contacts folder not opened
Recently had technical folks switch me over to my new email address. All
worked very well (retained old emails, access to Contacts, etc) except that can't access my address book. I get the message "The address list could not be displayed. The COntacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened..." However, I can open and view my Contacts in Outlook, I just can't use or add to the address book. Any suggestions? Thanks

Thanks for the response. All worked well until step 13. I could not find the contacts folder - don't have a Folder List on the View tab, not off to the left of Outlook and only GIF & icon found under Search. I can still see the information when I left mouse Contacts on Mail in Outlook. A right-mouse there doesn't give me what I'm looking for.
