Recently had technical folks switch me over to my new email address. All
worked very well (retained old emails, access to Contacts, etc) except that can't access my address book. I get the message "The address list could not be displayed. The COntacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened..." However, I can open and view my Contacts in Outlook, I just can't use or add to the address book. Any suggestions? Thanks |

Brian,
Thanks for the response. All worked well until step 13. I could not find the contacts folder - don't have a Folder List on the View tab, not off to the left of Outlook and only GIF & icon found under Search. I can still see the information when I left mouse Contacts on Mail in Outlook. A right-mouse there doesn't give me what I'm looking for.
