Contacts folder association error
Hi,
I have Outlook 2003 running on WinXP Pro SP2. I recently performed a fresh install of Xp and Office 2003. I made a backup copy of my .PST file and copied this over when I reinstalled Office 2003. All my emails and contacts are there. No problems there. My problem is when I click on the "To" button to bring up the address book I get the following error message: ----------------- "The address list could not be displayed. The contacts folder associated with the address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions. For information on how to remove this folder from the Outlook address Book, see Microsoft Outlook Help." ----------------- I do have admin rights when trying this and I cannot find anything helpful in the Help file. I have tried the solution at: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/319901/en-us but when I get to step 15 the option is "un-ticked" and greyed out. I also have another issue, which may be related. In my folder tree for email, I have 2 x "personal folder" trees which are identical. Email gets delivered into both the folder trees. Any ideas guys? Best regards, Darren

Your profile is corrupt from migrating your PST file incorrectly. Create a
