Displaying the From details of an email
Outlook should have the ability to check the email address of all received
emails and match it with the contact if available in the outlook contacts directories. Then display the name saved in the contact directory aposed to the name set by the sender. Of course an option to disable this should be available, perhaps in the view menu. This will make organising and accessing the emails required alot easier as naming methods can be used and perhaps assign a specific colour to specific contacts or even the photograph saved. I hope this is clear. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
