Outlook 2003 - cannot expand distribution lists

Hello!

I do not have the (+) sign displayed next to distribution lists in
emails. It does not matter whether I pick them from the GAL or obtain
them from my history list.

I have removed and readded the Outlook Address Book service from my
profile. I looked for the key referred to in KB831398 but I do not
have that key.

I am running Outlook 2003, sp1, on XP Pro. Both have all of the latest
updates according to Windows Update.

I have Googled this question and found it asked once before, but there
was no response to the question. I found nothing on any of the
Microsoft web sites that was helpful concerning this problem.

I'm at a loss.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Cappy

"history list?"
These DL's would need to reside in a Contacts Folder to have that feature.
