Printing address book

When I print my address book in half page (Franklin Classic size) it starts
the a's on the right side of the page (page 2) instead of starting on the
left. On the left side it prints a couple of entries from the middle of my
contacts. Can i get it to print on the left side and drop the out of order
contacts on the left.
