Default How do I copy data from one field to another?

I couldn't figure out a way to import from Excel to a user-defined field in
Outlook, so instead I imported to an Outlook default field. Now I need to
copy all the data from that field into my user-defined field.

Help?

Thanks Sue, I'm sure this will work, but I'm not a programmer. How do I
"run" this?

Copy and paste into Outlook's VBA environment (Alt+F11), then click the Run button. If you're new to Outlook VBA macros, these web pages should help you get started:

http://www.winnetmag.com/Articles/In...eID=21522&pg=1
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/vb.htm

I strongly urge you, though, not to run code you don't understand. Feel free to ask questions.
