Outlook 2003 -Contacts/Names in Distribution Lists
I'm using Outlook 2003 Pro w/ windows XP. Every time I set up a new
distribution list I type in the name and email of each person in the list. Then when I go back into it later, the names have reverted to email addresses. In other words, I double click on the list and I see two columns, one headed "names" and the other column "email", but both columns have the same list of email addresses and no names. I have gone back in to edit the list and change them back to list the names but they always revert to the email addresses even after I save and close. This is making me crazy! Help. |

Cannot reproduce the behavior.
Provide more precise steps, including format of the email address and address type. State whether the members you are adding already exist in your autocompletion cache. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Laurey" wrote in message ... I'm using Outlook 2003 Pro w/ windows XP.
