How can I activate my Outlook 2003 to automatically save all incoming and
outgoing e-mail addresses? My system used to do that, but I had to reinstall after losing my hard drive, and now I have to manually search and/or input every time. |

You certainly don't want to save all incoming addresses, since that would save all the SPAMmer addresses you receive. To save addresses to which you reply, see this: http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autoaddrecip.htm -- Brian Tillman |

This certainly isn't something I had done before my hard drive crashed. Isn't
there an option to turn this on without having to program it? You are mistaken. No full versions of Outlook ever had the ability to add
recipients automatically to your Contacts Folder. Only the long abandoned IMO mode of Outlook 98/2000 did that. To automatically add the email address of people you respond to to your Contacts Folder requires code. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "KristenA" wrote in message news ![]() This certainly isn't something I had done before my hard drive crashed.
