"Other Contacts" in Outlook 2003 and SBS 2000 Public Folders.
I am using Outlook 2003 and SBS 2000. I have 5 clients running XP Pro
attached to the server. In Calendar view, 4 of the clients (upgraded from Office XP) have blue bars in the navigation pane, and 1 does not (Office 2003 installed from scratch). This bar is labeled as “Other Contacts” and contains a pointer to Company Contacts in Public folders. How can I get the last client to have the same blue bar so I can create a pointer to Company clients in Public Folders? Thanks for the help. |

Have that user add Company Contacts to public folder favorites.
