Outlook Associate from email address with contact's email to addr
When using Outlook to manage multiple outgoing email accounts many users
frequently send emails out using the wrong email account which sometimes negatively impacts business relationships. Outlook does a good job when replying to emails of using the from address that the orginal email was addressed to, but when sending a new email it is easy to forget to change the from address. My suggestion is to add the ability to the contact list to associate a from address with a contact and/or with each email address you have in your address book for that contact. That way if I just create a new email and put a to address in there the from address will be automatically populated with the correct "Business" or line of business and avoid confusion and the negative ramifications of having to explain the mutliple businesses. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
