I can't figure out how to create a DL or a rule by selecting all contacts
that have their company name field set to "xxx" or whatever. Can anyone help? -- Jim |

You don't state your Outlook version, to this is for Outlook 2003. With your Contacts displayed, click ViewArrange ByCurrent ViewBy Category. Right-click the Company header and choose Group by this Field. Select the company you wish and click ActionsNew Message to Contact -- Brian Tillman |
