Hello.
I have a user (user A) who is a delegate to another user's (user B)
Contacts. User B has four local distribution lists created in his Contacts
folder of his mailbox. These distribution lists contain users from his
Contacts folder; they are external recipients. User A can select any one of
the four DLs and send an e-mail to it. But if she selects all four at once,
the e-mail fails to be delivered. User B can successfully send to all four
DLs at once. User A is running Outlook 2002 and user B is running Outlook
2003. On the back end, both have mailboxes on Exchange 2000 SP3 boxes.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Aloha Benjamin708,

Can you upgrade User A to Outlook 2003?

Upgrading User A to Outlook 2003 is NOT an option at this time. Do you think
that could be it? Or are you just suggesting a best practice?

Thanks.

Aloha Benjamin708,

That could be the problem, but I can't say definitively at the moment and
I don't have any Outlook 2002 installs handy to test with.
