My outlook.pst file was too large and would not open. I downloaded the
truncation tool, took a minimum amount of megs off and repaired the file. When i went to use the file my contacts information changed. The email address was no longer in the email field. It was now at the top of the address field along with the address. When you view the contacts, the contact names do not appear as well yet when you open up that contact the name in in the correct field. Short of changeing each contact name manually, I have over 400 contacts, is there a way to correct this issue? -- Thank you for your time and your help! |
