my emails get sent to addresses they are not intended for
i use microsoft outlook for sending and receiving emails. when i send emails
they get sent to addresses in my contact folder for which they are not intended for. i have scanned my system for viruses, no viruses have been detected.

Sounds like end user error. Outlook does not go around randomly changing
your recipient addresses. Thanks. This is not an end user error as this is not an isolated instance.
