I get this error message using ACT 6.0 and Outlook 2003. "The Address
List Could Not Be Displayed The Action Could Not Be Completed" It had been working previously but all of a sudden everyone can no longer access the ACT address book that was added to Outlook 2003. No changes have been made to the network except for some recent MS updates. I uninstalled the ACT address book removed recent MS updates reinstalled the ACT address book and plug-in but still get the error message. Accessing the contacts.dbf through ACT 6 is fine it's just an issue trying to do it through Outlook 2003. Any help is greatly appreciated. |
