How do I organize contacts by color in Outlook?
When I am viewing contacts I would like the whole contact to show up the
color of its catergory or to be able to organize the contacts by color in some fashion.

How do I organize contacts by color in Outlook?
Outlook does not recognize colors as a sortable feature.
