How can I prevent my contacts from auto formating my phone numbers to (xxx)
xxx-xxxx? Now when I active sync my phone it doesn't dial the numbers correctly. I have checked the dial properties. I am using Office 2007 but apparently this has affected the latest update for Office 2003 also. Thanks -SM |

Formatting of phone numbers in Outlook is hard coded and cannot be changed.
Outlook must present the same database to all interfaces. If your phone requires numbers in a different format, its synchronization software should accommodate that. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "SMBowen" wrote in message ...
