Officewide "Global" Distribution List
I need to create a "global" distribution list with our contract employees'
contact information (they work outside of our home office". These contract employees do not have access to our network. I want anyone in our home office (network) to be able to add to this distribution list, as we receive these contract employees "outside" email addresses. And I want everyone to be able to see/use these addresses (hence, the term "global" distribution list). Does this make sense? Hope so... The problem I have found is that anyone individual can add a new contact to their outlook address book, but it is no available for all to see.
