I'm trying to import a CSV file into Outlook 2003 and have no trouble
getting the name, address, etc. fields to match up & import. However, I have a few miscellaneous fields that I mapped to "User1" "User2" in the import utility. But they don't show up in the Outlook contacts. How to make it work? |

Outlook does not support importing to custom fields or importing custom fields. there are methods to do so using code - see http://www.outlookcode.com for assistance.

Did you look on the All Fields page of the individual contact? THat's where those property values are visible.
