Default Receive messages are duplicated

I am using Outlook 2003. I have a few problems. First I can not get a copy
of the email saved on my email server. It deletes the message when received
and then duplicates the message in my Outlook. I have marked it to save a
copy.

Secondly, after moving info to a new computer, all my Contact folders
adresses are listed in First Name Last Name order instead of Last Name as I
want. I have changed the setting but it only allow my to change Personal
folder or Address Book and not Contact List. So the Contact List is still in
the reverse order I prefer

Your first question has nothing to do with Contacts.

Your second is unclear. You have not specified your view or sort settings,
nor what you want them to be. Nor do addresses contain First and Last Names.
Please clarify what you mean.
