I have Outlook 2003, and have about 100 contacts. I've set the option for
the contacts to show as 'first-name / last-name'. But, how can I change ALL my contacts 'display as' to show first name last name, WITHOUT going into each one and changing it? |

You can't. One wonders why you would need to. It won't affect anything since
that field is not used for sorting. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Ivan T. Williams" wrote in message ... I have Outlook 2003, and have about 100 contacts. Microsoft has provided some code samples to allow you to do that. I don't
know if it's supported in Outlook 2003. http://support.microsoft.com/default...Product=ol2002 -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Ivan T. Williams" wrote in message ... Wait, sorry, hold the phone!
