How do I create a Word doc from my Contacts by Category?

Default How do I create a Word doc from my Contacts by Category?

Ultimately, I am trying to print labels with name and addresses of all my
contacts that are categorized a certain way. But I always get a window that
syas "cannot sort by category".
Please help!

As a keywords field, you must group by category, rather than sort by category.

Default How do I create a Word doc from my Contacts by Category?

Turn on the Advanced Toolbar and use the Group By Box to Group By Category
(or shorter still, use the By Category View as it is already grouped that
way.)

There are lots of posts here about printing labels so make sure to have a
search through old posts too.
