I don't see where you've mentioned your version of Outlook, so the following
is for OL 2003.

StartControl PanelAdd or Remove Programs. Locate Microsoft Office and
click Change. Choose Add or Remove Features. Check "Choose advanced
customization of applicaitons" and click Next. Expand Outlook and examine
the icon for Importers and Exporters. Make sure it's set to "Run from My
Computer". Expand it and then expand Import from Other Formats. Add and
extra importers and exporters you wish, particulatly the Text (Windows)
importer and exporter. Click Update.

I am sorry, It is Outlook 2003. I installed the importers and I am still
unable to import. I may be exporting the file incorrectly. When trying to
export the PSA manager asks for delimiters such as \t or \r or \n and I am
not able to find out which it should be since my import fails each time.
Thanks again.

\t would be the tab character so using \t should produce a tab-separated
values file.
