Appartently not. Now, how do I go aboout installing them. I feel like a

Thanks..Steve I don't see where you've mentioned your version of Outlook, so the following is for OL 2003. StartControl PanelAdd or Remove Programs. Locate Microsoft Office and click Change. Choose Add or Remove Features. Check "Choose advanced customization of applicaitons" and click Next. Expand Outlook and examine the icon for Importers and Exporters. Make sure it's set to "Run from My Computer". Expand it and then expand Import from Other Formats. Add and extra importers and exporters you wish, particulatly the Text (Windows) importer and exporter. Click Update. -- Brian Tillman |

I am sorry, It is Outlook 2003. I installed the importers and I am still
unable to import. I may be exporting the file incorrectly. When trying to export the PSA manager asks for delimiters such as \t or \r or \n and I am not able to find out which it should be since my import fails each time. Thanks again.
