Default Pictures in Contacts Don't Display

For those of you who have experienced the problem where pictures added
to a contact don't display, try changing your display DPI settings. I
have found that using a Customised DPI setting (Display Properties |
Settings | Advanced \ Custom DPI Setting) causes pictures in Contacts
to disappear & also causes some dialog boxes to be truncated e.g. tabs
unreadable on Format Cells in Excel. I have had to change my DPI
settings back to either Normal Size or Large Size to fix this problem.
