Default Sort Global Address List either by FirstName, or LastName

Currently with Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003, at the Global Address List, I
can only sort name by "FirstName LastName".

There are some people in the company who prefer to use "LastName, FirstName"
format, instead of "FirstName LastName"
It will be very nice if Outlook has the capability to show GAL either by
LastName, FirstName ; or FirstName, LastName.

Currently, in order for me to make GAL to show as LastName, FirstName, I
need to run adsiedit, and change the displayname, which changes everything,
from ADUC to the way the email that I sent to somebody looks like.
