How do I edit the "Location list" on the contacts screen.

Location list
I'm sorry the view is "New appointment" from the Calander not from Contacks.
On the new appointment screen it has "Location", I'm enable to edit the locations. Such as delete them or rename them. I'm using Outlook 2003.
