I'm trying to work out if it is possible to have a second entry in the global
address list for the same person - e.g. for when someone changes their name. I know we can grant them additional SMTP addresses so when Jo Brown becomes Jo Smith we can have and In the address book Jo Brown disappears when she is renamed to Jo Smith. Is it possible for some kind of entry for Jo Brown to remain - or can we create something that will still deliver mail to the correct mailbox? |
