importing addresses into contact

I have an email that has a large cc: list. I would like to save that list
either as individual contacts or as a minimum a distribution list.

I can 'copy' the list and 'paste' it to a word document.

How can I create a distribution contact with all of them or individual
contact for all of them?

Thanks JWB

That depends on the format of these addresses. If they can be recognized and
resolved, you can use the method he

Bear in mind that you will create a DL which has no connection to Contacts
in your Contacts folder and such DL's are notoriously fragile and
unreliable.

Ok, point well taken. I would actually prefer to import the list into
seperate contacts, but short of typing them all, how can I do that.

Again, the list of addresses is coming from the header of an email that was
sent to me.

There must be a way...

Thanks, JWB

Not natively there isn't, especially if this is simply a list of addresses
with no names. What you want requires a third party add-in.
