My Outlook Contacts have been Saved as John Doe. When John sends me an email
he sends it to me as . When I use the Reply or the Reply to All feature, Outlook changes my set up on the TO line or the CC line, from John Doe to . I know that is is a minor issue, but my To line and CC line usually has quite a few people on it and these email addresses makes it clutter looking. |
