Making the Public Folder Contacts the Primary Contacts??

I know this question has been asked before but I could not find it in my
searches.

Is there a way for me to setup the Contacts in our Public folders to be the
default address book for all the users in our office? We want to have one
address book for everyone to work from. We don't mind if the users have their
own outlook contacts however, we would like it so that when the end user
clicks on a new message or clicks on the Contacts folder in the folder list,
that it automatically opens the Public folder contacts??

Is this possible or are we reaching for too much here???

Can do some of that.....

You can make it the first one that their system looks in to resolve
ames - click the address book icon in the toolbar (looks like a book) then
Tools | Options and set the order in which Contacts Folders appear.
